Item 8.01. Other Events.
Effective February 26, 2024, Xuefeng (XF) Chen, transitioned from his role as China Chief Executive Officer to Senior Vice President and no longer serves as a Section 16 officer of Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (the “Company”). The Company will further integrate global organizational talent resources to enhance operational efficiency.
