On August 14, 2023, Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will publish a shareholder letter containing its second quarter 2023 results after market close on Monday, August 21, 2023, to be followed by a conference call at 4:30 p.m. Pacific Time (7:30 p.m. Eastern) on the same day. The call may discuss the financial performance and outlook of the Company, as well as other forward looking matters. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
